The core values at Fifth Gear are an integral part of the company culture and shape the way we operate as a whole. Geary awards are given on a quarterly basis with an overall winner announced at the end of the year. All nominated employees are recognized with a Geary coin and finalists receive a Fifth Gear prize package filled with various goods. The Geary event gives everyone in the company a chance to come together and reflect on the great things their teammates are doing.
